I have seen many recordings with such a bad quality .
So please find here a free possibility to make this recording better.
1. Go to http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/windows and dowload the free software Audacity and Lame mp3 ecoder.
2. Install Audacity and unzip the Lame mp3 ecoder.
3. Start Audacity.
4.From File/ Prefereces select for playback and recording device your sound card. For the chanels chose 2(stereo).
The Audacity controls are very intuitive so you must be able to identifie the simbols Back, Play, Record, Still, Stop, Forward.
The mic: Get the most cheep internet microphone with cord you can get. Do not use the microphone built in the webcam. Put the microphone into the guitare and stick with some tape the cable to the guitar in order to avoid the contact with the strings.
Now you are ready to record some good stuff
Press the record botton and wait 3 seconds without playing. Play your piece after the 3 seconds of silence. After that just push the stop botton.
You will see in the Audacity window a graphic representing your record.
Naturally you will have some noise in the record.
Watch the steps to reduce that noise.
1. Select with the mouse that part of record coresponding to the 3 seconds
you was silent.
2. Go to Effect/ Noise removal
3. Click to Get Noise Profile.
4. Go to Edit/ Select/ All or ctrl A
5. Go again to Effect/ Noise removal and click Remove Noise
Now you shoul get a medium clean recording!
In the same way you can amplify the recording ater removing the noise:
1. Go to Edit/ Select/ All or ctrl A
2. Go to Effect/ Amplify and chose 2-4 dB.
If it is not enough repeat the step.
To transform the record into mp3 go to File/ Export as mp3/ and only for the first time you will be prompted to locate the lame.dll ecoder. Locate it using the "browse" facility. And OK. ( For the further recordings you will not be prompted again.)
Fill the empty spaces with the record data end the "good quality mp3" is done!
You only must to put it on delcamp.net.
Oh, one more thing:
If your mp3 is bigger than 2MB.
On the sound grapf window coresponding to your record, just click to the name of your recordig (near the x simbol) and Set Sample format to 24 or 16-bit. You also can change the rate, but i think changing the Sample format will be enough.
Audacity kasutusjuhend
EDIT:Muidu ennem pole sellist probleemi olnud, nüüd peale arvutile formati tegemist tuli.
