Mind ajas näiteks sitaks pöördesse selline postitus PlexiPalace's:

Did a sound clip that was as basic as it gets. Used my Baker B1 guitar with my own pickup in the bridge direct into the old circa 1963 JTM45 offset with the original RCA 6L6 tubes that came with the amp! Played it on one of my Mojave 2X12 Alnico Blue Cabinets. Set the amp tone controls the same for the rhythm track as I did for the lead track. I even use the amp cranked to 10 for both clean and lead but the only difference was the guitar volume. Great dynamics.

Mul on siia sekka üks lampide ja vattide alane küsimus, mille põhjustas tegelikult hr void-i terane silm. Nimelt , kui lõppvõimus on 4xEL84 (eesotsas on 3x12AX7), siis kas ja kuidas kuidas saab RMS 50W olla?

küsimus kerkis üles Peavey Classicutega - 30 versus 50, mõlemal täpselt sama "tubing", aga ühe rms tootja poolt väidetavalt 50, teisel 30. Kas lampide ja vattide mustkunstis on veel mingeid trikke varuks, peale lampide eneste?
